Transformation of a Former Department Store
NACOM is proud to announce that we have been selected as the Construction Firm leading the exciting transformation of the former Lord & Taylor department store by its new ownership group. This iconic 120,000 square foot space is set to undergo a complete reinvention, with interior demolition officially kicking off in early March. Our team is honored to bring our construction expertise and innovative approach to a project that promises to redefine the regional entertainment landscape. Once complete, the space will offer an unparalleled fusion of high-octane attractions, cutting-edge gaming, immersive experiences, and next-level dining—all under one roof. This isn’t just a renovation—it’s a bold step forward in creating a dynamic entertainment hub designed for all ages. At NACOM, we’re excited to help turn this ambitious vision into reality and be at the forefront of what we proudly call an entertainment revolution.
